Base pay per shift: community-guide snapshot of 5 October 2026. Bonuses: 15% for winning all four shift quests, 15% under a governor's wages policy — they stack multiplicatively here, as the guides describe them. Tax applies only to weekly earnings above ₦1,000,000, so most careers pay ₦0. Gigs, businesses and land are not included — see the money & jobs guide for those.
How to use it well
The number that matters is weekly net, not per-shift sticker price. A career with fewer, fatter shifts (DJ: 4 shifts) and one with more, thinner shifts (Retail: 6) can land closer than the headline suggests — and once you subtract the Saturday rent of the home you actually live in, the comparison becomes real. Two readings worth trying before you commit a character:
- Entry-day reality: set rank 1, your intended home, perfect-shift on — that is your first week's actual cash.
- The promotion cliff: flip between rank 2 and 3 of your career — the jump (often 60–90%) is why the skills guide tells you to train off-shift.
Where the numbers come from
Base pay per shift is the community-guide snapshot recorded from the game on 5 October 2026 — the same dataset as our 21-career table. The game rebalanced pay upward during its first week and may again: the snapshot date is always cited, and big changes land on the updates page. Shifts-per-week are derived from each career's published working days (e.g. Banking Mon–Fri = 5, DJ Thu–Sun = 4). Nothing here is invented; anything unverified stays out.
